Introduction: 芯片信息：犬SNP20基因芯片中含有大量信息的SNP探针，平均间隔为22362bp，可以对任何 一种家养犬类进行全基因组扫描。Illumina公司通过与CanFam2.0合作，挑选出高多态性位点以鉴定不同的家养犬类种群。如果SNP平均密度为 每兆8个位点，那么该芯片可包含所有的种群关联研究位点。该芯片可同时检验12个样本，大大节约了经费。采用BeadArray技术设计，及无PCR步骤 的Infinium方法分析。芯片具有极好的基因覆盖率、callrate值和重复率。
